During the Hospice homecare service, family members are often very stressed and pay too much attention to the details of the physical caretaking. This creates distance and stress when peace, calm, and togetherness are most important for the patient.

 

The aim of the welcome package is to help family caregivers transition to hospice home care by providing a gift. The package contains important information and tools that facilitate simple activities for open conversations and peaceful togetherness.
