During the Hospice homecare service family members are often very stressed and pay too much attention to the details of the physical caretaking. This creates distance and a stress when peace, calm and togetherness would be most important for the patient.

 

The aim of the welcome package is to help the family caregivers transition into the hospice homecare service by gifting them. The package contains important information and tools that facilitate simple activities for open conversations and peaceful togetherness.
